Dashboards

Display real time and historical data numbers, graphs and charts. See net cash flow projections for the next four weeks. Display current Bank Balances. Sales versus billing graphs over the last four months. This week’s payroll hours as soon as they are entered and before payroll is processed compared to the last 3 weeks. Hundreds of user selectable data points and all password protected.

Multiple Output Options

Reports may be printed to any printer available to the user, a PDF file created and automatically opened, output directly to Excel and automatically opened or saved as an industry standard XML data exchange file. Each user can save the standard output, selected printer or file format, for each report or special form printed. Once a “default” output is selected the report will default to that output until the user saves a new default. A different output can be selected and used without changing the default.

Transaction Entry Tracking

Easily track back to a transactions original entry. For example; click an expense transaction in General Ledger, quickly see that it came from Accounts Payable see the 3 other expense accounts that were affected by the same invoice, the sales liability account and the Accounts Payable liability amount posted and to which account the liability was posted to.

SQL Type File Access

Access Pinnacle data file from any client software with SQL data access. Microsoft Office, Crystal Report Writer, SQL Data bases, all can access your Pinnacle data in tables.
